Oh, I disagree with Lynn. I used Mary’s Elite Compound on my knees, and my neck. I want you to know that after a couple of nights of sleeping with the compound I have found freedom of movement that I thought I wouldn’t see again. One more thing. I usually can’t tolerate freeze or heat compounds due to my sensitive skin, Mary’s Elite Compound however is readily absorbed with a light vanishing scent. Just perfect for me! Thank you Mary!
